Mindfulness Now is an organisation set up by Sarah Lionheart and Sarah Talbot to promote the experience and understanding of Mindfulness and Compassion. We are both members of The Mindfulness Association, a group of like-minded practitioners whose training has been verified and whose aim is to bring the benefits of compassionate mindfulness to as many people as possible.

People's lives are often lived at a hectic and unremitting pace, filled with many expectations. We are inundated on all sides by others telling us that this will make us happy, something else will fulfil our dreams. It can be easy to lose sight of what is important to us, what will really make us fulfilled and at peace with ourselves. At times like this it can be useful to take time out and be with ourselves and learn to listen, either individually or in a group, to the deep wisdom and compassion that is already within us.
